Returns & Refunds policy

Returns

Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as verified by carrier tracking. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full-priced items, subject to availability.

Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions are not eligible for return. Eligible promotional items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Promotions include, but are not limited to, new-customer offers and Friends & Family promotions.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items

  • Final sale items

  • Pre-Loved items

  • Vintage items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify TU/LX within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. Approved claims will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or store credit, at our discretion.

Conditions & Right to Refuse

Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage — or returned outside stated timeframes — will not be accepted. TU/LX reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
